Scheduling Co-ordinator

EMG UK is a leading technical facilities company, providing high end, bespoke TV facilities and crew to the world’s Broadcasters and Producers. We cover a wide variety of events from including Sport and Light Entertainment.

The Scheduling Department is responsible for the forward planning and day-to-day management of the EMG Production vehicle assignments to contracted event coverage.

We are looking for an intelligent, organised and helpful individual to support our administrative team, as a Scheduling Co-ordinator.

Your key tasks will be to: -

• Maintain the scheduling databases to a high degree. This includes all technical and operational vehicles, crew and their operational hours.
• General administrative duties that ensure all schedules are accurate and well maintained.
• Research in to sporting events that will help with future planning.

EMG UK will provide you with all the necessary training. This includes Xytech Mediapulse and its own bespoke crewing system.

The Successful applicants must: -

Have proof of their eligibility to work in the UK. 

• Have experience of crew scheduling, ideally with Mediapulse (desirable not essential).
• Have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Have a strong attention to detail and be able to balance conflicting priorities.

EMG UK is based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and is looking for a permanent member of staff to join our administrative team, for which we will pay a competitive salary plus benefits.

There may be some scope for hybrid office/home working subject to the needs of the business and the skills and experience of the co-ordinator.
