As part of its drive to continuously innovate and advance its digital broadcast and production capabilities, as well as super serve players and fans, Riot Games and its Esports Technology Group is growing to enable efficient, game-agnostic production of Esports content, globally, through technical innovation, standardised workflows, and shared infrastructure.

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our team to help shape and drive the production of our incoming broadcast projects at Riot’s Remote Broadcast Centre. In this role, the Producer will report to the Production Manager. The position is based in the greater Dublin area.

The successful candidate will be assigned to Project Stryker, the Remote Broadcast Centre owned and operated by Riot Games. They will work across the Riot Games’ Esport broadcasts featuring championships and tournaments from titles; League of Legends, Wild Rift and Valorant. The Producer will be working with the latest technology in the most advanced Remote Broadcast Centre in the World.

• Initial point of contact for all video production requests which have travelled through the internal project booking system.
• Responsible for welcoming talent, crews, and clients to the Dublin studio.
• Ensures a clear project scope is agreed with team.
• Works on multiple projects at any one time, with various stages of production on a given day.
• Overview on production schedules and call sheets.
• Updates entries on resource and studio calendars and trackers.
• Working with Creative and Technical teams to build out schedules and project timelines, communicating any changes to relevant teams.
• Communicates the status of assigned projects with appropriate stakeholders and other members of the production team on a regular basis
• Educates users and clients on services that the Remote Broadcast Centre offers.
• Works with the Production manager and team to provide metrics for the video department, building out a dashboard detailing production resource and performance of events.
• Understanding of legal limitations and guidelines surrounding rights for music, stock footage and 3rd party content.
• Performing regular reporting on performance of the centres by identifying and tracking data for KPI.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional nights and weekends if needed.

• 5+ years working in production, preferably in a sports or Esports environment.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience/similar role.
• Degree in Communications or Broadcasting related field or equivalent work experience.

• Must be able to meet deadlines, on a fast-faced production schedule.
• Strong organisational skills with proven examples of previous project work to share.
• Passion for Esports.
• An effective communicator with good written and spoken English who can remain calm under pressure.

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite's video production.
• Experience at using Google Suite applications and the ability to quickly learn and use other software programs.
• Experience working in a studio environment or on-location and the ability to assist with operation of equipment where required.
