An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, hands-on executive with a passion for delivering impact through compelling communications to take their career to the next level.

Kantar’s media division specialises in TV and Video audience measurement – and the TV and streaming space is moving fast. We’re looking for a skilled communicator to work in our international marketing team and bring new ideas to life!

In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll deliver impactful communications to reach and engage clients and the wider industry at scale, driving awareness of our cross-media measurement services.

Working with colleagues across continents – on everything from PR to LinkedIn, thought leadership and use cases – you’ll have a hunger to deliver excellence, and be energised by new opportunities the video-on-demand and streaming space presents as we put your PR and communications experience into action.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver coordinated communications plans with creative solutions to build awareness and drive positioning for Kantar’s cross-media measurement services.
  2. Work with business leaders and industry partners to create dynamic, engaging communications that double-down on our Audiences Unlocked narrative (www.kantar.com/audiencesunlocked): messaging, social media, data-driven stories and opinion articles.
  3. Engage with clients, reach influencers and leverage advocates through a powerful presence on social media to drive traffic and engagement to our owned marketing channels (website and webinars) and platforms (HubSpot).
  4. Develop strategies to build our presence on LinkedIn and other key social channels, working in collaboration with colleagues across geographies to give our brand a face, and forge relationships with prospects.
  5. Monitor and analyse performance, make recommendations and demonstrate ROI of our PR & communications activities across owned and earned channels.
  6. Work with colleagues to leverage local market activity and scale our story internationally.

 

Skills/knowledge

Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience as part of an in-house marketing team within a matrix organisational structure.
  • Excellent English written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and track-record of creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Experience delivering B2B marketing at scale through channels and platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong teamwork ethic, with a hands-on, practical, solutions-orientated mindset. 

Preferred but not essential:

  • A thinker – you know how to look at data, find value and convey sophisticated technical messages in a sharp, succinct, way.
  • Experience and good instinct on how to create impactful moments through LinkedIn.
  • Previous marketing experience in the broadcast, digital video or streaming landscape. 

Personal profile

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, working effectively with suppliers and colleagues across markets, and able to prioritise and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter: happy to work on your own initiative, often working in lockstep with management to react quickly and diligently.
  • Hungry for knowledge, and able to keep a finger on the pulse of industry conversations, news and positioning on cross-media measurement.
  • Ambitious to develop your own skills to maximise the impact of our PR and communications and shape our future marketing strategy
