Start Date: ASAP

Full Time: 38.5 hours per week

Contract: 6 months fixed term contract initially

Salary: £22,000 per annum pro rata

Location: Working across both Gas Ferry Road & Aztec West sites

 We have a great opportunity in our finance team with a varied workload and working across both our sites. You will be working with our payroll department based at our Gas Ferry Road studio and our production finance team at our Aztec West studio.

 The Junior Finance Assistant role provides essential day to day administration, processing and book keeping support in order to maintain efficient running of the finance teams.

 We’re looking for candidates with strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You will need previous data entry and data management experience and a strong intuitive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving.  

 You will be the go-to person for enquiries in this role, which requires an on-site presence split across our two sites as follows:  Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays at our Gas Ferry Road studio and Wednesdays and Thursdays at our Aztec West studio. Some home working initially may be required - in line with our Covid protocol.
