Job Description

Salon, the UK's longest established editing equipment rental company are expanding and looking for a Hire & Sales Co-ordinator to assist with the day-to-day hire & sales operations. We work with some of the biggest names in film & tv, providing them with the kit and support they need to get the most popular shows edited and to your screens. Recent clients include 'Great British Bake Off', 'Belfast', 'Barbie', 'Slow Horses', 'The Flash' and 'The Northman'.

About the Role

The Hire & Sales Co-ordinator will work alongside the Hire Manager with jobs including:

  • Interacting with clients on a day to day basis in a friendly and time sensitive manner managing hire requests and discussing requirements.
  • Assisting with scheduling/logistics and keeping management systems updated
  • Assisting with social media channels & websites
  • Processing client sales orders and basic invoicing.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting out or looking to move up from their first role in the film and tv industry.


Person Profile

What we expect:

  • No prior experience is required and full training will be given for any candidate keen to learn
  • Excellent communications skills are essential
  • Salon is a friendly family run business, everyone works hard but has fun - and being a team player is essential!


Details

The role will primarily be based at our Soho W1 office but with the expectation that you could also work at our NW10 Park Royal offices/warehouse if required from time to time.
