Due to the relocation of their long-time colleague back to Australia, Complete Fiction are looking for an experienced Senior Production Executive to work in-house across their exciting Film & Television Slate. They will report directly to (and work closely with) the Company Director. Candidates should have at least 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role.
The role requires someone who is interested in all elements of the production process and who is incredibly creative and passionate about what they do. They must have great taste, fastidious attention to detail, be super organised, a team player and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Throughout Production they will be the main point of contact for the company, working closely with Line Producers and Financial Controllers. The Senior Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting for all stages of the development and pre-prep process. The candidate would have good experience dealing with legal contracts and negotiations. They must have an excellent knowledge of the industry both in the UK and in the US and will be able to provide HOD lists and liaise with agents. They will be responsible for overseeing the final delivery of the productions’ music and legal clearances.
Creatively they will work closely with Producers, Writer/Directors and HODs, from the initial stages of pitches and proof of concept, through to the publicity and marketing campaigns. They will produce all Home Entertainment content for the projects, managing the BTS crews and working closely with the stills photographers. They will also serve as the main point of contact for all past and present project requests and will be responsible for ensuring the digital archive is organised and maintained.
They must be tech savvy, with Movie Magic and Photoshop knowledge a real bonus.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Company’s offices in Marylebone, London. You will be joining a small, driven and happy creative team. Salary is dependent on experience.
