Based in our Watford office, Asset Support will report to the Warehouse and Asset Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of both the inventory and logistical management of all Company Assets.


  • Assist the Procurement and Assets team with intercompany requirements.
  • Forecast relevant stock for forthcoming Watford projects.
  • Identify shortfalls in stock and allocate where needed.
  • Maintain and update details of stock for upcoming projects.
  • Liaise with cross hire suppliers for shortfall on equipment.
  • Raise relevant purchase orders for any shortfall of equipment.
  • Work with Logistics team to produce delivery schedules for projects.


  • Moving kit between projects on direct shipments.
  • Ensuring delivery notes are printed when kit is despatched.
  • Review overdue x-hire returns and ensuring they are returned and cleared off InspHire.
  • Review and locate overdue returns/missing kit for projects.


Adhering to our company H&S policy and ensuring that all company risk assessments are observed where applicable to your role, taking ownership of improvements and escalating concerns where necessary.


Contribute to the continual improvement of our management systems to ensure compliance with our legal obligations and maintain certification.


  • No specific qualifications are required, but the candidate should be fully computer literate and be able to interpret spreadsheet data and, if necessary, edit and feedback to their Line Manager any errors, changes, or improvements.
