About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to train for the role of Sound Engineer.
The Sound Engineering team support the technical facilities of the BT Sport UHD & HD facility which includes three broadcast studios, eight galleries, a large post-production village, multi-channel MCR and playout operation. In this role you will install, maintain and support a variety of audio equipment, assist studio productions and some project work.
Programme Length
This is an 18 month’ development programme including secondments to various engineering departments, giving you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and develop practical skills for an exciting and rewarding career in sound engineering. As a Graduate Trainee, you can expect to put all the theory you have learnt at university into practice within an innovative organisation that will put you at the forefront of new and exciting developments in audio technology, preparing you for a long-term career

Training
You will hit the ground running, working directly alongside our skilled engineers, getting hands-on experience on studio productions for our major broadcast clients. After a full induction, we will also offer you a mix of internal and external training, and you will have access to your own mentor to support your career development.

We don’t need you to have worked in a broadcasting or studio environment before but there are some key requirements:
