Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent Staff
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Mondays – Fridays
Salary: c£24,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road Studio, Bristol

Role: Provide senior level administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and, as required, the wider Technology Management Team as well as providing an effective communication link between the Technology Team and the rest of the company. The position will focus on administration, invoicing, vendor coordination, and some light project coordination.

Candidates will need previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator with similar duties like; diary management, minute taking, travel booking etc. Applicants will need to be highly organised, good at managing their time and used to working under pressure.

Applicants will assist with the management and coordination of the Technology budget. A high level of PC literacy is essential, including excellent word processing skills with a good working knowledge of databases and Excel. Applicants should be highly self-motivated, happy to use their initiative and must possess problem solving skills. Finally, a pro-active and flexible approach to work is essential.
