Our Company

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our group of post-production facilities, winners of one of Broadcast’s ‘Best Places to Work 2022’ awards. Our expanding business is now in need of a Marketing Manager. They will be offered the opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with some of the best Production Companies and Broadcasters in the industry. As our companies are growing we now require stronger and more focussed marketing. We want to raise our profile within the Industry and, with some exciting Projects planned; we have lots to talk about.


The Role

This is a new role within the companies and you will be working closely with the Managing Director and Sale Director.  The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspect of the company’s marketing needs; from raising our Profile on Social media and maintaining our Websites through to Organising Small events and social gatherings for our Clients and attending Industry events such as the Broadcast Awards, Women in Television and Films awards etc. Travel between our sites will be necessary. This role can be London or Manchester based.


Key Responsibilities  

  • Using social media and more to promote our events and secure registrants.
  • Managing and developing our website, ensuring it is up to date and relevant.
  • Create and deliver marketing plans for the facility and the services we offer.
  • Maintain marketing plans so they are up to date at all times and record all results of marketing activities to demonstrate ROI.
  • Responsible for the management of events.
  • Effectively communicate with the key business stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for collateral to support sales activities.
  • Deliver high quality leads to the sales team.
  • Plan advertising campaigns and organising press releases.
  • Ensuring marketing activities are optimised and make recommendations for improving performance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the key markets we operate in.


 Required skills and experience

  • A minimum of 5+ Years’ experience in a marketing role within the Media sector
