Reporting To: Director of Commercial & Operations, Naked TV
Based: Stephen Street, London (and High Wycombe as necessary)
Contractual Status: Permanent. Full Time.

The Role
As a key member of our senior team, the Head of Production sits at the heart of Naked Television, providing vital operational leadership and support for our thriving production business. Working to the Director of Commercial & Operations you also work hand in glove with the senior editorial team, using your expertise and influence to deliver on Naked’s strategy. On a day-to-day basis you are responsible for leading the production management community, supporting them to deliver our productions in the most efficient, safe and cost-effective way - from development through to delivery. On a broader level, you have a voice at the table and will help shape our priorities, including creating an environment and culture that attracts a diverse range of talent and supports people to produce their best work.
