Post-Production Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Post-Production Coordinator to support the Timeline North facility in MediaCityUK, Salford.

Main Duties

• Ensure production projects assigned to you run smoothly, working closely with Operations Manager and MCR support team throughout
• Manage the scheduling of all projects assigned to you, ensuring all data is entered accurately and schedules are up to date and maintained
• Working closely with Operations Manager, agree payment schedules and terms with clients ensuring that bills are signed off in accordance with the agreed terms
• With support from Operations Manager, ensure billing for all assigned projects is accurate and on time
• Undertake ad hoc projects and administrative tasks that are relevant to the operation of the department
• Some Runner duties

Shift Pattern

10am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Occasional weekend and Bank Holiday working, if required (days back in lieu)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Excellent people skills with ability to form and build great client and internal relationships
• Experience in working in a post-production environment and confident with post-production workflows across different genres
• Good understanding of scheduling/booking systems
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment overseeing several projects in various points of production
• Excellent and accurate attention to detail data input and checking
• Evidence of a good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
