Job Description

Start Date: Early June 2022
Contract: 7 Months Fixed Term Contract (Some flexibility maybe required, as this a Maternity Cover Contract)
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Mondays – Fridays (some flexibility - see advert below)
Salary: depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road Studio, Bristol + Remote Working

This is a Sales role like no other… not only do you get to work with Aardman’s lovable characters such as; Morph Shaun the Sheep & Wallace and Gromit but you will get to do it on a global scale. You will be licensing Aardman series, as well as a boutique number of third party series too, allowing for a quality and diverse catalogue of content to work with.

In this role, you will be working with the Director of Distribution and wider sales team to exploit Aardman Animations catalogue of both new and existing IP, alongside quality third party produced series, across TV and digital platforms.

We’re looking for a strong Sales Manager with a good knowledge of the kids TV business and experience of TV distribution. You need excellent negotiation skills and sales techniques as well as strong administrative and organisational skills.

You will be someone who is one-step ahead of the market by proactively looking for new sales opportunities, with an interest in building brands on a global scale, by working alongside the Licensing, Promotions and Live Events teams on a regular basis.
