Job Description

We are looking for a talented Head of Post Production to join our team!  This is a new role in our business as part of our growth ambitions; based between our Southwood office and our cutting room facility in Soho, the Head of Post Production will drive post production project opportunities and strategy.


  • Build excellent relationships within the production, broadcaster, SVOD and post-production community.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver a short and long term business development and growth strategy for the post production business.
  • Promote the services of the business including Avid and EVS based integrated workflows for live broadcast & feature film.
  • Work with Technical Director and engineering teams to ensure client requirements translate into excellent service delivery.
  • Undertake competitor analysis and compile market intelligence to be shared with the wider business and to inform investment & technology decisions.
  • Be responsible for the pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast the performance of the post production business.
  • Work alongside marketing function to own web, social media and event requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and current CRM data is maintained including client information and opportunity information in real time.



Substantial experience in the post production industry with proven track record of delivering results.

Leadership or business development experience within the post production industry.

A network of already existing client relationships within the post production industry

Understanding of production technical workflows.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Business intelligence

Highly organised

Excellent writing skills, specifically within a bid writing/tender context.

Strong numerical literacy, comfortable working with budgets and complex quotations.

PowerPoint skills

Ability to use Excel to manipulate data both for data analysis, and for presenting the data in other formats.

Ability to build motivated and cohesive teams
