Job Description

TERMS: Full-time permanent

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00

SALARY/RATE: Competitive depending on experience 

LOCATION: Central London Flux office and client locations as required 

Open to flexible home working

REPORTS TO: Commercial Director

We’re looking for an individual who can work with our Commercial Director to look after and develop our current client relationships, find new ones, and assist with quoting and building a sales pipeline. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the broadcast industry, able to work alone and as part of a team and deliver quotes and proposals to a high standard

The role will appeal to someone with strong interpersonal skills, self motivation and a desire to be part of a dynamic and fast growing business.

THE ROLE:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries to assess client and project needs with a view to converting these leads into projects
  • Building our sales pipeline and client portfolio through outreach via multiple channels including social, phone, email and meetings
  • Producing estimates and proposals for prospective clients using a range of tools
  • Working with the internal team to produce accurate quotes and scopes of work
  • Supporting the project delivery team with handovers from sales to project activation to ensure the client’s vision is delivered
  • Working closely with the Commercial Director to evolve the sales process and strategy
  • Identifying business and commercial opportunities by remaining current on industry trends

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years' experience working in a commercial account handling role within a broadcast or media environment
  • Working broadcast or live streaming knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills, understanding the importance of following up and regular communication with clients
  • Strong belief in honesty and transparency
  • An understanding of margins and financial requirements of completing a brief
  • Client facing personality, with a positive attitude and a passion for video content
  • Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills. Someone who is able to take an idea and communicate it effectively with clients and team members alike
  • A creative thinker with an ability to pitch and develop production and broadcast ideas
  • Good team working skills, with an ability to take a holistic view of the company’s needs
  • Competent with IT and creative cloud
  • Experience with CRMs and client management
  • Multi tasking and a high attention to detail

  • Experience creating visually appealing proposals for creative briefs
