About The Apprenticeship

We have several Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship opportunities across The Walt Disney Company. You could be joining our Media Networks Research Department, our Viewer Experience Team in our Direct to Consumer segment or be based in our Disney Media Entertainment and Distribution Technology Team. Whichever of the teams you become a part of you will be working to support and optimise household brands such as Star Wars, Marvel and Pixar.

As a Data Analyst Apprentice your daily activities will centre around collecting, organising and studying data to provide business insight. You will assess information in order to provide insights and drive business decisions using data specific systems and tools. You will monitor key performance indicators and metrics, reporting on findings to internal clients which will improve business intelligence and campaign performance. The role of a Data Analyst is not just about crunching numbers or becoming an Excel wizard, it also involves understanding the products we are working on, the customer journey across our channels and mapping patterns of customer behaviours.

You will be given full support and training via the Apprenticeship programme and our supportive managers. As an apprentice you will work alongside a Senior Analyst or Research Manager on a variety of data focussed projects developing highly transferrable skills.

  • Must have achieved / be on target to achieve 2 C’s or above at A-Level
  • One of your A-Levels at C or above must be in Maths or ICT
  • Must have achieved 5 grades 4 - 9 at GCSE (C or above) including Maths and English
  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
  • Must be available to start the apprenticeship in September 2022
