The Client Manager will offer a superior service to dedicated NEP clients, working in tandem with the wider NEP team to ensure continuity of services and delivery from across the business by taking a lead role in the management and maintenance of existing client relationships.

This position will be based between both NEP and client locations in Ireland. Additionally, applicants should be willing and prepared to travel internationally as required.  Key duties include:
  • Provide exemplary account management for existing and new clients, devoting time and effort into developing relationships, to lead day to day client engagement with key stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ current and future operational requirements, providing advice and support to health of client contracts
  • Possess an in-depth working knowledge of client’s business and the services being delivered by NEP, in order to act as a go to point of contact for the client. This includes providing on site management of NEP teams, managing and reacting to any changes brought on by unforeseen circumstances or changes by the client.
  • Provide guidance to clients to optimise their operations, working with both internal and external teams to identify methods and processes to enhance productivity and improve client experience. 
  • Act as a client champion within NEP, to deliver the required vision and direction to internal teams in order to continually improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage the administration of quotations and client approvals
  • Use of social media in a professional manner to build relationships and support the Communications Manager to maintain an appropriate social media presence.
  • Be an evangelist for the NEP offerings, form a network of client contacts that will add to the overall business development process of NEP, converting intelligence from multiple channels into future revenue streams.


  • 3+ years’ experience in production delivery.
  • Good technical knowledge of Live and Postproduction techniques
  • Proven track record in client management, with experience within a connected / relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong general financial and commercial acumen, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and globally, as required, full clean driving licence.
