We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the sector, who has previously worked with a dubbing studio or post-production facility. You must also have great command of the English language and be willing to relocate to the UK if you reside elsewhere.

  • Manage day-to-day client expectations.
  • Make sure each client’s creative requirements are clearly communicated to the relevant parties, in a timely manner.
  • Welcome clients to recording sessions as required.

Project finance

  • Manage and track project budgets and proactively monitor any areas that may pose a risk to the budget. Escalate cost issues where necessary.
  • Ensure full understanding of our pricing and billing procedures, and compliance with VSI’s invoicing workflow.
  • Ensure that delivered projects meet the target margins by proactively addressing any areas that may increase costs.
  • Prepare client invoices and ensure correct invoicing from contributors (adapters, translators, proofreaders) in order to avoid delays in payment.
