The Head of Marketing, UK & Ireland will create, develop and execute marketing strategy and tactics for customer outreach campaigns, trade show exhibits, sales support, web content, social media and other duties as assigned for NEP’s UK & Ireland markets and business units. The individual will work closely with sales and business leaders, plus will have a close link with team members of group Global Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Corporate Marketing to execute integrated marketing campaigns that share NEP’s story and engage our customers. The Head of Marketing, UK & Ireland will take responsibility for the whole UK & Ireland Marketing function and have full accountability of the Marketing budget, take responsibility for driving performance across all channels, assessing performance, and introducing new initiatives to deliver future growth.
Must be able to lead projects with attention to detail; accommodate many priorities at once; meet deadlines including quick turnarounds; proactively seek ideas, buy-in and feedback from internal stakeholders; be a creative and innovative problem-solver; and actively contribute to the Marketing Team and wider Business’ goals.
The Head of Marketing, UK & Ireland will be required to travel to our UK & Ireland offices to build and maintain strong working relationships as well as support with internal communications and projects.
