This is an opportunity to work with a newly formed EMEA senior leadership team; strengthening the Gravity Media and Gravity House brands, leading our marketing strategy to support the goals of the business and helping to establish a strong internal culture. They will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects in collaboration with key EMEA stakeholders and will be experienced with the ability to think strategically and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Define the EMEA marketing strategy - develop and implement innovative advertising, public relations, social media and event plans. • Review, analyse & report on social media performance, identifying trends & opportunities to create actionable strategies to support customer growth and engagement. • Own the EMEA geolocated website to deliver creative, high-quality content to showcase our work and our values. • Work alongside EMEA business unit leaders and HR to support engaging internal communications for our employees and freelance partners. • Manage all local marketing activities/campaigns -i.e. events/client engagement/e shots etc. • Assessment of localised merchandising needs for EMEA, implementing plan along with management of annualised budget. • Work closely with business development and bids teams to ensure marketing resources are engaging and regularly refreshed to meet changing requirements. • Participate in the development of branding and global level identity initiatives. Work with marketing team globally to ensure a unified strategy, whilst championing the specific requirements of EMEA. • Work with technology and cross-organization partners to support a wider digital strategy.

Experience

• 5 years+ of social/digital marketing experience with a track record of delivering results. • Experience of managing marketing campaigns and associated budgets. • Experience in B2B technology/services sectors. • Experience in the broadcast sector. • Solid understanding of a variety of social media and online engagement tools, community platforms, strategies, tactics, and measurement (experience working with social media publishing and measurement. • Ability to balance multiple projects at the same time, while being detail-oriented and organized • Self-starter that can learn quickly. • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. • Ability to work without supervision on complex projects and collaborate on important decisions with peers. • Creativity and innovation. • Effective communication & able to influence at all levels within the organisation.
