Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be the first point of contact at our Ealing offices, undertaking reception duties, ensuring all post/goods received get to their final destination. You will also be responsible for keeping on top of office supplies and working with the facilities management team to keep areas clean and tidy for clients. We are looking for someone who has strong organisational skills; the ability to work without supervision; excellent time management; exceptional communication and customer service skills as well as a proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. A background in television is not required however, career progression is an option for someone looking for a junior role in the TV industry.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Reception duties: meeting and greeting guests to Timeline
  • Answering the main phone number and routing calls / taking messages
  • Raising Purchase Orders for various departments
  • Arranging meeting rooms (plus refreshments if required)
  • Document control (filing both manual and electronic)
  • Arranging couriers and deliveries
  • Photocopying / scanning / shredding of documents
  • Assisting with organising events
  • Managing and booking Runners
  • Maintaining office supplies (Stationary; Kitchen etc.)
  • Ensuring communal areas are clean and tidy (including watering plants etc..
