Joi Productions is a Film and TV Production focusing on Black, Queer and Female-led content. We focus on working with diverse talent both behind and in-front of the camera.

After making the 2019 hit Blue Story, in 2020 Joi Productions was awarded a BFI Vision Award. It is run by Joy Gharoro-Akpojotor, a 2020 Screen International Star of Tomorrow and a BAFTA Breakthrough. Most recently Joy produced the upcoming Christmas film, Boxing Day.

Ideally, the candidate will have a very good knowledge and understanding of the Film and TV industry, with good connections, and a broad understanding of the industry. Must have at least 12 months of experience working in a similar capacity in the industry.
